LY Sambo
Lawyer I Arbitrator
Sambo holds an LL.M in Business Law from Yokohama National University (Japan) and boasts over 20 years of legal practice. His expertise spans merger & acquisition, joint venture, energy, infrastructure, real estate, construction, project finance, mining, corporate and commercial, foreign investment, licensing, arbitration, litigation, and insolvency.
He has worked on some of the largest transactions in Cambodia and has also served as a national legal consultant in some ADB, World Bank, and USAID technical assistance projects related to public-private partnerships (PPP), energy, and infrastructure. As one of the first commercial arbitrators admitted to the Cambodian National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), he was appointed to resolve one of its inaugural arbitration cases.

Justin (Jae Hyoung) Jung 정재형

Justin is a Korean lawyer who has decades of experience at leading law firms in Cambodia and Thailand following his career at major Korean law firms, which has brought him keen understanding and knowledge of Cambodian and Thai laws. Armored with deep investment insights, he can advise Korean investors on both legal and investment matters.
Justin graduated from the Law Department of Seoul National University and has published some books on Cambodian and Thai laws.
